We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accounting officer to help shape our future. Ace is a fast-growing company and we need you to take responsibility for the entire accounting process from A to Z.

Your role in Ace's history: As an Accounting Officer at Ace, you will have the professional responsibility for the accounting from A to Z, and your contributions will be crucial to our success. You'll work closely with our dynamic team and CFO to ensure we are always on track.

​

What we expect you to do:​

  • Put the numbers in order: You'll be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing and reconciliation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Be a strategic partner: Contribute to budgeting, cash management and financial planning.

  • Ensure quality: Ensure correct month and year-end closing, as well as internal controls.

  • Be a trusted advisor: Provide insights and analyses to the CFO, and participate in forecasting and budgeting.

  • Keeping us on track: Handle all statutory reporting, including VAT and social security contributions.

  • Drive improvement: Continuously develop and improve their systems and routines.

 

What we look for:

  • Education and experience: Minimum Bachelor in Finance, preferably Master. 5 + years of relevant experience, preferably from a company with international business.

  • Technical expertise: Good IT understanding, especially within accounting systems and Excel. Experience with Visma Net is an advantage.

  • Personal qualities: Structured, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, solution-oriented, curious, innovative, analytical and social. Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
