Our approach has always centred on the idea that if a unique challenge exists, then we will always work directly with our clients to tailor solutions to meet their well challenges.
It’s this belief that has driven us forward over the years, and it will continue to do so for the years to come. The constant innovation and desire to meet the needs of the sector led us to the development of the Ace Ratchet Collar (ARC).
Simple in its design, safer and more reliable than traditional stop collars, and a cost-effective alternative to centralizer subs, the ARC is proven to deliver an unrivalled holding force. This enables us to mount our products directly to the outside of the casing or completion string and virtually anywhere along the pipe.
Already proven with the development and delivery of our current products, the ARC acts as the perfect foundation for creating innovative and effective solutions.
The Arc-Slim delivers unrivalled holding force under all operating conditions and is the first 90,000lb+ rated stop collar on the market. Uniquely designed, ARC-Slim mounts downhole accessories directly to the outside of the casing or completion string.
The ARC-Force is small in size but big on strength, with a holding force of 50,000 lbs. It also includes zero loose or moving parts.
While Ace’s ARC-Slim is made for close tolerance applications, the ARC-Force is a cost-effective solution for non-close tolerance operations and is based on patented and field-proven technology.
We have brought products to the market with superior holding force paired with a flexible concept, but we know that for your activity to prove successful, equal importance needs to be given to the installation.
So that’s why we introduced our installation kit.
Our simple to use kit consists of a hand-held press and a small hydraulic power unit, both of which are easy to transport, making them available when are where they’re required. With these two items, a two-person team can install any of our Ace products in just one minute per unit, anywhere in the world.
Whether you choose to carry our installation onshore at the pipe yard, or offshore at the rig site, our trained personnel will fit our products quickly, safely and in the most appropriate location for each job.
For those looking to do it themselves, we offer remote installation training for your team to use the kit safely and efficiently, developing valuable skills and giving you full control of the installation journey.
If you would like further information on any of our current products or wish to discuss how our technology and unique holding force could benefit your next project, then please get in touch today.
